One of the keys to my success is that I keep simple, versatile ingredients in my kitchen at all times.

Things like fats, acids, seasonings and spices.

Even when I have barely anything in my fridge or cupboard I know I can lean into these flavor-packed ingredients to create a delicious meal or treat (like magic)!

Thanks for the suggestions! This helped get me out of a flavor rut, especially by changing up my cooking oil. Now I use some toasted sesame oil for sautéing veggies or heating pot sticker dumplings 🥟
