Do you have any cumin in your cupboard right now? Cumin is a secret weapon in my kitchen that adds a je ne sais quoi to any dish that I add it to. However, I don’t think that it gets enough love in most kitchens, and might be one of those spices that sits at the back of your cupboard. Yes, I know you have a stock of random spices sitting in your cupboard. Gathering dust. Maybe you bought them for one particular dish, and never had a reason to use them again.
