When I first got into the kitchen one of the dishes I found most intimidating to prepare was a steak.

How will I know when it’s cooked enough? 

What if I undercook it? Or worse, what if I overcook it?

So I often refer back to the things I’ve learned over the years to help others who might find cooking the perfect steak intimidating or frustratingly out of reach. 

This week, I share a simple strategy you can master in under 90 seconds to help you tell when your steak is cooked just the way you want it.
