​I recently asked a large group of food lovers what was THE sauce they wanted to learn how to make and the overwhelming answer was Hollandaise sauce.

The people have spoken, let's talk about Hollandaise. 

It's a classic French sauce that's made with egg yolks and butter, and served on eggs Benedict, fish, vegetables or steak. But, it has a reputation for being fussy and time consuming to make. 

So for today's Dish I'm going to give you the simplest and easiest way to make this sauce in under two minutes.

Yes! It's a good one to whip out with stuff you've already got in the fridge. I just used the leftovers on breakfast this morning, poached eggs with fried chicken and waffles.
