I'm Natasha Ho, a master-trained chef and avid traveler who has studied culinary traditions from cuisines around the world. I'm obsessed with making adventure and joy accessible through food.
I teach food lovers and home cooks how to master globally-inspired flavors and ingredients, sharpen their skills in the kitchen and learn to cook the most delicious meals. I love to inspire foodies to embrace flavors that are as bold and interesting as they themselves are. |

A Single Decision Forever Changed My Life. After going to culinary school at night while working in marketing, I quit my job to travel and learn about cuisines from around the world. And as I studied in the homes of cooks in Morocco, Spain and Brazil, I realized something unbelievable! Cooking Incredible Food Isn't About Recipes. It's About Flavor. I gave up on trying to master every recipe and decided to lean into understanding flavor. I Discovered Ways to Make New Dishes Fun & Easy. I started digging into spices, fats and acids and how those created the flavors of dishes we love. I traveled to 40+ countries to learn more about food from different cultures. Using the ideas I discovered, I now can hop from making Lebanese to Thai to Mexican or Hawaiian food in the course of a week. Without mastering every recipe, or feeling intimidated and anxious about the ingredients or the process. But Here’s the Catch… You might already know from first hand experience that it can be overwhelming when you attempt to get these results by just “winging it.” Maybe you’ve tried tons of online recipes or YouTube videos but then just ended up confused or with a terrible experience.
